Vision

In 10 years, we will be recognized as a community-led and sustainted organization, with a diverse network of support statewide. We will be known for our strong partnerships, and capacity to continue our model of challenging systems and institutions to transfrom the lives of the historically excluded and underserved, thus breaking the status quo and shifting power to support the development of equitable, thriving communities.

We cannot begin to think we can do this work in isolation or without community leading the way. I am not a community advocate - I am a community organizer. Building upon the existing strengths and resilience of our communities is how I do the work.

- Karinda Roebuck, Executive Director
